As a Research Associate at Carbon Direct, Joe works with clients to conduct technical analyses that help inform the development of decarbonization strategies.
Joe has an interdisciplinary background based in science and engineering, and is applying his professional and academic experience to help promote decarbonization. At Carbon Direct, Joe provides research and technical support to carbon reduction and removal projects.
Prior to joining Carbon Direct, Joe worked as a Climate Advisory Consultant, partnering with organizations to quantify their GHG footprint, develop emissions reduction targets and strategies, and report on corporate climate programs. He has also spent time working in climate-related shareholder advocacy and supporting state and federal environmental programs.
